This issue of the Star Trek Official Starships Collection features the Borg Probe model ship, a manned starship used by the Borg Collective in the 24th century and first encountered (and destroyed) in the Star Trek: Voyager episode 'Dark Frontier'. Made from high quality die-cast, this incredible model ship is recreated in miniature.
Like most other Borg vessels, the probe was a simple geometric shape that comprised of various plates and tube-like girders stuck on its exterior in a seemingly haphazard manner, with green energy signatures shining out from within.
